actually if you guys really dont want to say out the unhappiness. forget them. dont ever think about them again okay!! tell someone else also can. dont say out also can. just dont get bothered or say out and solve them. the latter will always be better lar.

What you have to do: =)
1. Source of info (could be anyone our teacher informs) will inform the 4 main: Amanda, Yeesin, Yingjun, Germaine.
2. The 4 main will inform the first person in the list. They will indicate who is the source of info so you can skip the person if she/he is the one you are calling and call the next person in the list. The person with the Source of info do not need to pass on the message - Just pass to the 4 main.
3. When the 4 main inform the first person, the person will then need to reply upon receival of message, and then pass on to the next person.If there is no reply after 15 minutes, the person will pass the message on to the next person such that the last person will not take long to receive the messages. The person who contacted the person who did not reply will need to inform the column head of it.
Eg.Amanda --> yingjun --> yeesin
when Amanda sends to yingjun, and she did not reply in 15 minutes time, Amanda will send the message to yeesin and inform the column main that yingjun may not have gotten the message.
4. The list continues on…
5. Last person of the list contact the main of their column.
6. The 4 mains will get together and make sure everyone has got it!!
7. Happie relaying…! =)
